Straight answers
Where does the data come from?
New York Department of State public filings, published on data.ny.gov. It's public record. You're paying for the cleanup, sorting, tagging and weekly delivery, not for anything exclusive.
Does it include emails or phone numbers?
No. The state data has business name, filing type, filing date and a legal mailing address. We don't add owners' personal contact details. If you reach out, follow CAN-SPAM and Do Not Call rules.
Is every filing an open business?
No. Some are holding companies, side projects or never open. That's why we tag by business type, so you can skip the noise.
When does Pro launch?
When enough people join the waitlist. We'll email waitlist members first, once, with founding pricing. You can ignore it; nothing is charged until you sign up.
